Malek Abu Ghanemeh is one of the promising youth leaders in Jordan, and one of persons with clear talents in leadership, management, innovation and creativity, he was able through his foundation to build unprecedented quality initiatives in Jordan, such as "Eye On the Future" initiative, which bridges an important gap today in people's lives, especially new emerging generations, looking for their future.
What distinguishes Malek, in addition to creativity and innovation in ideas, is the ability to organize and his professional institutional work, his ability to create a goal and framework for a large proportion of the young generation who work with him in his initiatives, as it is not difficult for him to attract thousands of young people, frame and organize them in an amazing way in the voluntary institutional work that he does.
