“Bader & Sahim” (B&S)* is a non-profit organization specializing in innovating, building, managing and implementing community and volunteer projects and campaigns and providing specialized services and consultations in them.
B&S most prominent projects are the “Your Eye on the Future” initiative, “Jordanian Volunteer Days” and its projects, “Business City”, and the “Next Step” initiative.

A societal initiative specialized in qualifying prospective graduate students for the job market, and guiding them on career development paths and market needs.
Since 2017, “EOF” works in a strategic partner with Ministry of Education, Ministry of Youth, Ministry of High Education in Jordan, and it got the patronage of Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdulla in 2019
The largest interactive city to raise community & youth awareness about every aspect of the labor market’s main sectors, majors and jobs, career paths, and future jobs; in an innovative and interactive experience, in partnership with top pioneering brands in market.
“Business City” is one of B&S future projects, and it’s planned to be launched in 2021.
A series of events aims to build capacity of volunteers and networking among them, beside highlighting the outstanding among them in addition to building a map and a unified database of volunteerism to maximize the benefits of their projects.
The first version of “JVD” got the patronage of His Highness Crown Prince Hussien Bin Abdulla, and where organized by “Bader & Sahim ” in partnership wit Ministry of Youth in Jordan, “Nahno” & “ Naua “ which are an initiatives of the “Crown Prince Foundation” (CPF), besides UNICEF as a strategic partner, and “United Nations Volunteers” (UNV) as a success partner.
JVF is a youth forum that brings together actors in volunteer workplaces, including individuals, initiatives and related institutions, aiming at building their capacities and networking among them, promoting the concept of volunteering and achieving self-sustainability. JVF is being set up during the year in an online & offline versions.
JVF was held in its first version as a project of “JVDs” which got the patronage of His Highness Crown Prince Hussien Bin Abdulla in 2019.
JVE is an exhibition dedicated to distinguished initiatives and voluntary work, aimed to highlight them and enhancing their mutual cooperation, in addition to networking them with donors and supporters.
JVE was held in its first version as a project of “JVDs” which got the patronage of His Highness Crown Prince Hussien Bin Abdulla in 2019.
JVC is a national competition for projects, businesses and voluntary actors, aiming to highlight and honor the distinguished ones and create a positive competitive environment that encourages, stimulates and disseminates the culture of volunteerism among Jordanian youth.
The competition is conducted according to two levels: Volunteering institutes, and distinguished volunteering individuals.
JVC was held in its first version as a project of “JVDs” which got the patronage of His Highness Crown Prince Hussien Bin Abdulla in 2019.
JVS is a ceremony aims to celebrate volunteers and their initiatives in the “International Volunteering Day” (IVD), and to honor the best and most outstanding volunteer work. The ceremony includes a variety of inspirational parts as well as a ceremony honoring the volunteer projects winning the 2019 Jordan Volunteer Competition.

A pioneering, integrated, multi-faceted, societal, cultural and values youth project, which constitutes a platform that disseminates diverse knowledge, promotes a culture of fruitful dialogue, and provides an incubator and an inspiring and interactive space for knowledge that stimulates creativity and safe for youth and the local community, as a matter of moral responsibility and based on the principles of our religion, national identity and our long-standing traditions.
A societal initiative specialized in qualifying prospective graduate students for the job market, and guiding them on career development paths and market needs, by raising their awareness and knowledge, improving their market-related skills, providing expert coaching for them.
“Next Step” is one of the main projects of “Eye On Future” (EOF) initiative, and was launched officially in 2018 as an extension for “EOF” main projects.
A non-profit academy specialized in building youth capacities in general and volunteerism in particular, with the aim of developing youth volunteers and enhancing the success of volunteer institutions and initiatives.
“Bader Academy” is one of “Bader & Sahim” social projects.
A community of marketing experts and specialists in the related field, it aims to build a specialized and interactive marketing community, and provide a specialized knowledgeable reference in marketing sectors and its applications.
“SAT” is a societal initiative in Turkey specialized in qualifying prospective graduate students for the job market, and guiding them on career development paths and market needs.
I’ve provided CSR consultation for SAT initiative in their first version.
“Litskno Eliha” is a non-profit project specialized in educating those entering marriage, suitors and newlyweds, with the aim of educating them about aspects of family life and providing them with knowledge and skills that help them overcome the most important challenges facing newlyweds.
I was the leader of the team that implemented the first version of this project.
The University of Jordan Student Union is considered one of the most important and largest elected student institutions in Jordan, and I was honored to serve my fellow university students by winning its elections by acclamation with membership in the union and participating in its administrative body in 2013, after I was part of its volunteer network in the years 2011-2012.
During my membership in the Student Union Administration, I supervised and managed dozens of programs and community activities in cooperation with my fellow student volunteers, whose impact extended to the local community and benefited thousands of people.
